My wife and I booked two Egyptair round trip tickets from IAD to CIA. However, after arriving at Cairo, we were informed that the flight MS981 from CIA to IAD on March 10th, 2025 got canceled. We were offered two options. The first option was to take a flight back to Washington Dulles on March 12th. But we had to stay in Cairo for two more days. The second one was to take a flight from Cairo to New York JFK on March 11th, 2025 instead. We then needed to rent a car and drove back to Washington D.C. Apparently, both of options would cause additional costs and time to us. We adopted the second solution. As is customary in the aviation industry, we were asking for some compensations due to the cancellation. But our request was denied without any reasons.

SunExpress is very disappointed I will not travel again with them I not recommend they are scam , we pay for luggage before we came to turkey antalia return ticket with hand luggage and 20 kilo baggade in Gatwick all was ok they said return will be same . At the aeroport in Antalya turkey they charged me £165 for the luggage is really disappointed no information enough on emails no call asnsered so horrible experience I will never travel with sunexpress is scam and turkey is not cheap as they say

Lion Airlines

Lion air and AirAsia very disappointing I booked a flight with lion air booked via air Asia on 4/02/2025 as I booked an air Asia flight at the same time and they offered me the Lion air flight for my return journey. I took out insurance on both flights. I have cancelled the Air Asia flight but unable to cancel the Lion Air flight as I needed to return to Australia. Bo (which is the only way you contact them) could not give me an answer, after a lot of googling I read that bookings via AirAsia that are done have to be cancelled by lion air, so emailed lion air who told me that it is a third party booking and needs to be claimed via them No luck Rodney my partner who is also flying contacted them by phone in Thailand and was told the insurance was underwritten by PT Asuransi Simas Ne I then proceeded to email them and the email bounced back. Again no contact. I then emailed AirAsia again who sent me the following information. We would like to inform you that we are currently not cooperating with Air Asia. The ticket was issued by PKFARE Travel Agent. All tickets issued by Travel Agent, our travel partner, refund can only be processed by them. please apply for refund through Travel Agent, they will process the refund directly to you through the system. I have emailed this PKfare twice now and no response. Scary part my booking does not even come up under LionAir system when I put it in. I am now up to about email 10 trying to find out how I can cancel this LionAir flight and get a refund as in good faith I purchased the insurance. I have to say very very disappointed with the whole service of both Air Asia and lion air. Not one will take responsibility I am one very upset customer not only dealing with a health issue but also trying to deal with this system. Kay Malpass

I am so angry with Ryanair. From extremely bad customer service to badly maintained old aircraft. I wouldnt choose to fly with this poor carrier as this is decided for me. My recent flight took a turn which could have had serious consequences. My flight FR2961 from Berlin to Birmingham on Sunday 9th March 2025 on A/C EI-IHB started with an anouncement stating that someone on board had a serious nut allergy and asked passengers not to consume anything that may contain nuts. The cabin crew made this anouncement second time. A short time into the flight, myself and people sitting with me noticed a passanger and his wife were eating a large packet of nuts. They were sitting in seats 20 D+C. We were shocked at thier total disregard. The cabin crew would have noticed this as they were walking past them. It transpires that the person with the allergy was sitting just four rows in front of those eating the nuts. The outcome could have been very serious, with a possible diversion for medical assistance. I think the cabin crew turned a blind eye. I contacted Ryanair, and they didnt seem bothered about the situation, in fact she seemed so disinterested that I terminated the call. This isnt the first time I have had concerns. They were of a technical nature.

Flew Business Class to and From Singapore (via Manila) The return flight was cancelled at the last minute from Manila back to Seattle. They sent a message but would not return the phone call (we were up till 3 AM calling)They offered no other alternative other than to spend 2 extra nights in Manila on their Airline -instead of booking us directly from Singapore to Seattle on numerous flights/airlines but they did not even try!! The hotel was not good. Toilet did not work. When we presented food voucher to hotel restaurant , they said certain food items (along with all beverages) were excluded. The hotel had to call the airlines to get a few laundry items done, since we were staying extra days. In cabin, (once on-board)staff was pretty good. Extremely dissatisfied with ground support

They wanted $1600 to chamhe flight details or $690 for a new flight and would only refund the old ticket to a Chinese debit card which they know I don't have.. Warning: They try to steal out of their responsibility! It’s now 5 months ago I flew with them from BER to JED. While my luggage was in their care, it got damaged (wheels broken off). I reported that instantly after my arrival and handed over all required documentation. Until now, as said 5 months later - they haven’t compensated me for the damage happened under their care. Many emails have been ignored or answered extremely late. It seems they dragging this issue on purpose. Expensive phone calls with the airline, just bring promises BUT NO ACTIONS. I feel everything is a method to make you give up on claiming your rights. My recommendation: don’t fly with them if you don’t want to stand alone when unforeseen problems arise.

They even change the landing at different airports And do not tell us . ( there are 2 airports in Buenos Aires) I had 6 flights scheduled during 4 weeks of Touring Argentina. Every single one had an issue . They were all late , we had mechanical delays as well . Missed connection , resulting in overnight delay to distinction. Absolutely the worst airline . The cost is very low and for non tourist citizens with time not of concern is the exception to this Airline . The employees were very nice

As I write this review, my biggest regret is that I did not record my interaction with the air hostess of flight VZ2105 for take-off at 6:35am on Feb. 23, 2025. I had boarded the plane already only to be told by the air hostess that my carry-on was over the allotted size. She made this assessment just by looking at it, though I had already gone through the boarding gate. She stated that I would have to pay ~$63 for the extra luggage. This was for a flight that cost $119 from chiang Mai to Da Nang. Too tired to argue, I agreed to pay but she insisted on cash in thai baht. I told her that I had no thai baht on me but had my cards for payment (having obviously gotten rid of my thai baht since I was leaving Thailand). She refused and I offered to pay in USD, but she mentioned that they do not accept USD or card payments onboard. Her recommendation was that I go back through immigration to the counter downstairs to pay with my card but that I had only 5 mins, as the plane was about to take off. I was appalled. She continued that if I missed the flight, I would have to catch the next flight, which was ridiculous. The other option she recommended was that I throw one of my bags away. I could not believe this was coming from an air hostess. The other air hosts/hostesses stood around, as if in agreement. She was extremely rude and devoid of empathy - probably my worst encounter in life with an air hostess. She kept counting "You have 2 mins till we take off". I was pretty exhausted and asked if there was someone I could speak with. Eventually, someone showed up with a card machine (wow, what a surprise!) and she took the card payment and gave me a receipt. I will like the airline to investigate this issue. As I reflect on this experience, I realize I should have done more. I will be posting this in every customer forum that I can find, and letting everyone I know to avoid this airline!!! As for the air hostess I encountered, you know who you are and what you did. If you ever get to read this, my question to you is: "who hurt you?" I don't understand how you manage to sleep at night with that attitude. Never again with this airline!!!

Unless you like prison camps AVOID VIVA AEROBUS My son (15) was travelling with his grandparents from Cancun to CDMX. Check-in was comparable to the entry to a prison. A person that looked more like a prison guard than an airline employee required a document signed by myself to allow check-in. He actually had a notarized document signed by myself, just not the airline one. On top of that he was travelling with my elderly parents (his grandparents). And no he was not travelling to Guantanamo. My father (89) nearly had a heart attack! I strongly suggest you walk if the only alternative is Viva Aerobus. Oh by the way I gave them a chance to apologize,, and showed me that somewhere hidden deeply in their website this document existed! I live in a former Communist country, but never saw anything like that!

After a diverted flight to Fresno, luggage left on the plane overnight, $11 for two meals, and a hotel that should be titled "no tell motel", I'm done with this airline. Paid over the top for first class and all I wanted was a copy of the diverted flight and luggage information for my trip insurance. Spoke with AA personnel, filled out forms, and completely ignored. This is a bunch of crap is it's best form. This is customer service?

Don't get sucked in by these people! They are the worst of vacation airlines. There is a very high chance you be stranded at an airport and miss part of your vacation or be stranded on the way home. You will never get reimbursed for your extra expenses unless you take them to court or wait a year or two for a ruling from the Canadian transportation agency. Even then it will require great effort to get your money.

The crews were horrible. There is no smile on any one of the crews face. Customer service was shocking.. crews need to be trained to how to speak with customers. Crews need to be polite. Riksha drivers have more politeness than the Air Blue crews. Will never travel again with Air Blue.

Only flown about dozen times in my life. Air transat was by far the best so far I flew economy and I'm 5"11 260lbs and was comfortable and had leg room, the head rest adjustable and comfy. The on board food, and entertainment was great. Lots of movies,TV shows, music and game right in the head rest in front of you

LOT Polish Airlines

I had a terrible experience with LOT Polish Airlines regarding my refund. I paid extra for a cancellation flexibility fee, which was supposed to allow me to cancel my flight and receive a refund. However, after canceling, LOT only refunded the taxes and completely ignored the extra fee I paid for flexibility. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service and providing all necessary documents, they refused to return the money they owe me. Their responses were vague, unhelpful, and avoided addressing the issue directly. It feels like they are just keeping my money unfairly. I expected better from a major airline, but this experience has shown me they do not care about customer satisfaction. If you're considering flying with LOT, be very careful with their refund policies—you might end up losing your money like I did. I will not be flying with them again.

The airport ground staff has 0 knowledge regarding No Names in Given name fields. I had prior emailed their support and Chicago/Detroit offices regarding I don't have a first name only last name. However at the DTW they lied about TSA not accepting my name on the boarding pass, even the sales officer named Fatima had lied about name change to be limited to only three chars, another team lead told its 3 chars allowed. However they're website does not mention this at all. All in all I had to talk to the TSA supervisor myself and she told me everything looks fine and I should be allowed boarding pass and after that only they issued the boarding pass Essentially they wanted me to pay again for another full price ticket. I believe this is worst Airline ever with even a more pathetic support staff who has no clue about their own policies and procedures. I highly ask everyone to avoid flying with Turkish Airlines.

Worst airline I've ever taken. Took 4 flights with them. All delayed, even the one that was the rist plane of the day. They lied and cancelled our flight telling us there was work on the tarmac, we informed ourselves and there indeed, was NO work being done on the tarmac. I had to reach out multiple times and make a complaint to fix the issue. They then overbooked our flight and delayed the flight by 4 hours and changed the gates 4 times. Really a shitty companie, I know smaller ailine companies who would go above and beyond for their client.

I took the flight H2503 on Friday 7th Feb from SCL( Santiego, Chile) to Buenos Aires (EZE, Argentina) departure time 12:45pm, arrive time 14:45pm, my luggage didn’t come on time, at that time, the staff did PROPERTY IRREGULARITY REPORT told me it will come on Saturday 8th Feb same time flight, H2503, and will arrive at 14:45pm on Saturday 8th Feb, however it didn’t come again! Because I will take the flight from Buenos Aires EZE to Ushuaia morning Sunday 9th Feb 2025, and go to Antarctica on the same day afternoon, I need my luggage urgently! The cruise I took which is Ponant company, their staff who worked in airport helped me to ask for the luggage in your airlines, and your airlines people told it will be send on 8th Feb evening flight, however it didn’t come again and again! So my luggage missed 3 times flight! I am feeling super disappointed and upset for your airline customer service, it is very poor, like shit! There is no phone number for me to make a call! Online customer service chat doesn’t work! Staff work in airport are unaccountable at all! I am also feel super unsafe to leave my luggage in Santiego Airport. I got an AirTag in side, I can see my luggage didn’t move for 3 days, it’s stay in the same place! Now I am going to Antarctica and I have to buy all my cloths to keep myself warm!!!!

Title: Unacceptable Treatment by Wizz Air Staff at London Luton Airport I had a deeply upsetting experience at London Luton Airport with a Wizz Air staff member named Agnesha (she hid her name badge). While passing through the final security check, she refused to let me through because my bag was allegedly too big, despite it fitting within the size check. This felt completely unnecessary, especially as I saw other passengers being let through with similar or larger bags without issue. To make matters worse, I was charged £68 for a 3 kg backpack, which seemed excessively high for such a small item. What concerned me most, however, was the clear disparity in how passengers were treated. All the passengers on the flight were Albanian, and it seemed as though the staff member was particularly harsh and unhelpful towards us. It felt as though she was applying the rules differently based on our nationality, which made me feel uncomfortable and singled out. I understand that airport security and airline policies must be followed, but the way this situation was handled was unprofessional and unfair. I hope Wizz Air will investigate this incident, as no passenger should ever feel discriminated against based on their nationality.

Royal Air Maroc is the worst Airline, I don’t understand why no one has called this Airline out publicly on the Major News Channel like CNN. Their customer service representatives lacks empathy. I flew this Airline on December 25th, 2024 from Toronto to Accra Ghana. I was in Accra for a 3 weeks vacation, my 2 luggages was missing, I didn't have access to my heart medication and personal belongings, intrusion of my privacy. I'm back now at my home base in Toronto, this Royal Air Maroc is still giving me the run around. I haven't heard back from them after several emails and no compensation for what i went through for 3 weeks vacation with no access to my medication, clothes, shoes etc. Please what can I do? I need help?

Hello This terrible airline has been unable to return my luggage for a week. I flew from Geneva to Prague. The call center is just not working. I managed to reach them, but they have nothing to do with it. They transfer me to email and chat, but it's all useless because they were supposed to send my suitcase on the first flight, but for some reason, they didn't. I've never experienced such awful service. My advice is not to leave any valuable items in your suitcase because they offer a miserable compensation and don't care whether you had life-saving medications or items worth 10,000ˆ in your bag 🤦🏼.

I used to travel by flyadeal back to back from uae to Riyadh as it is economical, ofcourse, the service is poor but it is ok as price was economical. But when I travelled yesterday they charged me in the counter SR75 for extra weight. I had a single hand carry briefcase with weight of 5kg only. I argued why you are charging me extra SR 75 as I have only single suitcase weighing 5kg??? But he rejected and said I can carry only back pack!!! Now I decided I will never travel in flyadeal as it costs me 309+75 which is higher than flynas!! Flynas do good service also! Actually flyadeal is playing with cheap tricks!! I never recomment this flight

Since raving in Columbia on 15 January 2025, I’ve had the misfortune of using click airlines. The first flight was fine. It made it on time to its destination, but on the return trip I found out they had scheduled me for the next day instead of the day, I was supposed to fly so I had to stay the night in some shanty town to wait for the next day and I received my boarding passes and the flight was two hours late now for my third bad experience. I arrived at the airport three hours early with the reservation that I couldn’t pay online so I figured I would just pay it at the counter and they told me that they had no Internet and no way of putting me on the flight even though I had cash credit cards and debit cards so far my experience with click airlines has been horrible. I strongly recommend to all people out there never to fly on their airline. You will experience nothing but grief I would definitely rate them a zero but they don’t offer you that.

SWISS International Air Lines

We booked flights from MIA to ZRH and back. Due to paid upgrades, we did not use any services from the original booking, which means we are entitled to a refund. SWISS has confirmed the refund. Since September 2024, SWISS has been unable to refund the USA's second-largest bank. Customer service always says the information is incomplete. They are unwilling to call the bank. After every unsuccessful attempt, I'm at the back of the queue. The next effort takes another 14 days. Now, it's the fifth try to send the money by wire transfer! My suggestion to credit the funds to the credit card is not accepted. I recommend firing some people and checking the transfer system for up-to-dateness! The cabin crew is always perfect, but the customer service is disastrous!

Can ya give a zero star.. Ibe never seen something so bad like I have today flying from duketon. And we still never got home after a while 12 hours of sitting at airport after night shift. No communication and still unsure when able to get home. Poor folks have lost money on accommodation and flights repeatedly today. Who pays for this! Disgusting and should be ashamed

Have always loved this airline and always felt I was “home” whenever I would board it from USA. Flight crew have always been good in my experience. However, their customer service, in recent years, is TERRIBLE! Spent near 7 months waiting for a refund that was owed because of their own doing. Almost no communication and I would surely still be waiting if I didn’t escalate it. But first, they even tried to refute it by claiming my flight switch was the result of something that it clearly was not! .( It was 100% due to the pilots strike last June.) Even then, got paid back to the exact penny. One would think they might throw in a flight voucher or something to combat credit card fees and major inconvenience. Not even an explanation or truly sincere apology. Very disappointing. Will be doing some serious consideration of whether I trust them for my future flights.
