I have booked with Jetairfly twice. I had no problems the first time, as I purchased a one-way ticket from Orlando to Brussels. The second time I made the same reservation for new years eve, except it was a roundtrip. This company is by far the worst after sales service you can imagine. Even their telephone numbers on their website is not valid. To call them from outside Belgium is not possible.
