The flight departed from Heathrow Terminal 5. This was the first time I have flown from Heathrow T5. A nice big terminal. We took the Tube from Central London to Heathrow - convenient and cheap.
The flight time was about 2.5 hours. They gave us a sandwich and drink. Nothing special, but efficient.
We had to take a fairly long bus ride at Heathrow. Saw many interesting BA planes. Quite an experience.
