The plane took off at 11:05 instead of 10:40 scheduled. The announced ATR-72 aircraft was replaced by ATR-42 of less capacity. The plane was obviously rather worn but in good condition. The illumination, ventilation, etc were valid. The plain itself is very cramped. It seems to be the vehicle projected by dwarfs for the dwarfs.
First I expected some shaking during the flight, cause it was my first experience of flying by such a plane. But it appeared to be rather calm and smooth flight. The great disadvantage, in my opinion, was the absence of any kinds of entertainment onboard except the Utair airlines magazine – not enough for 2 hours 25 minutes flight.
Now about the food on board: the meals are very poor – 2 slices of sausage, cabbage salad, bun, chocolate micro-bar and tea or coffee to be chosen. Everything’s fresh.
The landing is coming soon. Some of my acquaintances noticed about the probable tough landing of such planes, but for nothing. The runway in Barataevka was touched rather imperceptibly. The landing took place also out of time – at 13:30.
The conclusion is the following: it’s possible to fly by planes of such a model, the only disadvantage is tightness onboard. Utair airlines company is welcome to improve the meals on board. On the whole I can give 8 points from 10 possible.
