The new long-haul passenger aircraft Airbus A330neo (New Engine Option) was developed by the European concern Airbus as a further development of the Airbus A330 airliners. The design of the next generation airliner uses new engines and a wing, more advanced avionics, as well as a completely new design of the passenger cabin.
The Airbus A330neo family consists of two aircraft with different fuselage lengths and passenger capacities - Airbus A330-800neo and Airbus A330-900neo. The first of the A330-900 airliner entered service at the end of 2018.
